How to Shop

To buy a door on this website is really easy.  Just search for the door that you would like to buy and click 'add to cart'.  The door should then appear in the cart area to the top right of the site.

You need to register to buy, so you can do this before or after you select your product.  Simply fill in the brief form and let us know how you heard about us, you use your email address as the user name and set your own password.

When you're registered you can go ahead and buy your door.  Just click on 'checkout' and it will lead you through a series of screens that allow you to check what you've ordered.

There's a place that you can put any additional comment or note about your order.

You can use a different address to that which you have stored in your account area as the billing address.

You'll get taken to a page to enter your credit or debit card details.  These aren't saved anywhere and it's totally safe.  We use Protx, a third party secure payment provider.

When you've entered your details in the payment area, it will show that your order has gone through.  You will get an email in your inbox straight away confirming your order.

You will also get an email to say that your door has been despatched to the delivery address given.
